Job Description
- Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum best practices while promoting a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners Architects Engineers and Designers to ensure backlog readiness and sprint execution.
- Identify escalate and help resolve blockers or cross-team dependencies that impact delivery.
- Ensure effective use of Agile tools like Jira Notion and Confluence to track progressKPIs and documentation.
- Encourage team autonomy continuous improvement and psychological safety through retrospectives and feedback cycles.
- Partner with leadership on roadmap planning team capacity forecasting and process optimization.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile leadership role within a technology or AI-driven organization.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) SAFe or equivalent Agile certifications.
- Familiarity with AI product lifecycles agentic workflows or data-driven product development is a plus.
- Experience in organizations practicing scaled agile (SAFe LeSS Nexus).
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile leadership role within a technology or AI-driven organization. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications. Familiarity with AI product lifecycles, agentic workflows, or data-driven product development is a plus. Experience in organizations practicing scaled agile (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
