Job Description
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to support the implementation of its new CASE System. This position will work with internal technical teams and external implementation partners to define and build the Dataverse/Common Data Model (CDM) for MS Dynamics 365 and develop the system s relational data architecture across multiple divisions.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive data models entity relationship diagrams (ERDs) and data flow diagrams and will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure that data strategies align with business goals and technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain data models ERDs and data flow diagrams to support system development
Define and implement the Common Data Model for MS Dynamics 365
Design and implement relational databases to support CASE system requirements
Collaborate with internal project teams and third-party vendors on data strategy and architecture
Ensure data privacy and security compliance per agency and state policies
Contribute to data mapping efforts and cloud-based solution planning
Provide ongoing input to system architecture design sessions and technical requirement discussions
Assess stakeholder needs and translate them into scalable data architecture solutions
Support data integration planning and identification of key data sources
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
10 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on data strategy and modeling
10 years of experience creating data models ERDs and guiding database development
10 years working with stakeholders to determine business needs and data requirements
10 years of experience in system and data architecture consultation and planning
10 years experience providing input into data mapping and integration strategies
10 years ensuring data security and compliance
8 years of experience analyzing and defining data architecture for MS Dynamics 365
Desired Skills
Experience with Oracle and SQL databases
Familiarity with Azure DevOps
Experience supporting cloud-based architecture initiatives

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years experience in: Managing user accounts and permissions (Active Directory) Microsoft OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Keystone Edge, DocuSign, VITA Remote Tools, DEXIS, Adobe, SharePoint, VPN access Diagnosing and recovering from hardware/software issues Applying OS patches and upgrading system software and administrative utilities Maintaining operational documentation and configuration procedures Highly Desired: Experience with a recognized Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
