The Role
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Part-Time Medical Assistant to support our clinical team and deliver exceptional patient care. You will play a vital hands-on role in the patient journey performing clinical assessments assisting with procedures and contributing to the overall success of the clinic. Working under the supervision of the clinical providers you will help ensure smooth safe and effective operations while making a meaningful impact on patients lives.

Clinical Care Responsibilities:
- Obtain patient vitals perform EKGs urinalysis body composition assessments and phlebotomy
- Administer intramuscular injections following protocols
- Prepare and review lab order forms and results
- Document clinical findings in the EMR and maintain accurate patient records
- Support physicians and mid-level providers during patient evaluations and procedures
- Conduct follow-up calls to patients regarding progress and treatment adherence
Operational Support Duties:
- Assist with inventory of medications and clinical supplies
- Ensure smooth front-desk operations including scheduling phone calls and filing
- Participate in patient consultations as delegated by supervising providers
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming clinical environment
- Train new staff in daily procedures as requested
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute to clinic growth
Required Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant Certification
- Clinical experience in phlebotomy and EKGs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
- Ability to lift and carry over 25 pounds and sit/stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background or training in exercise science or wellness
- Two or more years of phlebotomy experience
- Spanish-speaking ability
- Experience in customer service motivational coaching or patient education
Compensation
- Competitive hourly compensation based on experience ($20-$25 hourly)
- Flexible Schedule (12 hours/week to start across 2 3 shifts)
- PTO for part-time status
