- leading and inspiring a team to consistently exceed sales targets and KPI benchmarks
- Delivering a personalised premium customer experience aligned with Lacoste s global brand standards and taking full ownership of store
- Operations including stock flow back-of-house organisation visual merchandising scheduling and compliance.
- You will actively recruit train coach and retain top talent while building a culture of development feedback and progression.
- Using commercial data you will analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion UPT ATV and CRM opt-ins.
- As Store Manager you will also represent the Lacoste brand both in-store and within the wider outlet village community.
- We are looking for someone with a strong Store Manager background in a high-volume fast-paced retail environment ideally within a premium fashion or lifestyle brand.
- You should have a proven track record of delivering strong commercial results be a confident and hands-on leader and demonstrate strength in team development and visual standards.
- You must be data-driven operationally strong and thrive in an environment where you can take ownership and lead from the front.
