Job Description
We are seeking a Business System Analyst with experience in domains such as Mobile Wallet Token provisioning online wallet payments ecommerce adding cards Visa/ Mastercard cards processing to support the delivery of high-impacted projects using methodology as SAFE methodology. The candidate should have a strong grasp of business analysis process technical knowledge around APIs and should have ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit analyze and document business and system requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams (vendors business stakeholders and other subject matter experts)
- Assess the AS-IS capabilities by understanding the high-level business requirements and provide the TO-BE solution to develop the new system and verify the impact to existing work processes.
- Translate business need into clear actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate actively in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies such as sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with system architects developers and QA to ensure seamless system implementation.
- Conduct impact analysis root cause analysis to provide support in decision-making.
- Create and maintain visual models including process flow UML diagram using tools like Visio.
- Support API integration efforts by providing detailed Specs Mapping sheet Payload structure and validating end to end workflow.
- Support and contribute to project management activities by participating in the scoping and estimating of project efforts risks identification and mitigation measures recommendation communicating activity status and providing timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems to the Project Manager
- Participate in quality management reviews such as reviews of the designs prototypes and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfil the requirements
Requirements
Must-Have Skill
- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodology and related ceremonies.
- Expertise in creating refining and prioritizing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs including creating and managing API specifications (using Swagger/OpenAPI etc)
- Knowledge of testing APIs (using tools like Postman etc.)
- Experience in SQL queries for data analysis.
- Knowledge on system mapping and integration. Mapping data elements across different systems.
- Ability to work with UML diagrams and create process flow using tools like Visio.
Good to have:
- Experience working on Java based projects and understanding the technical flow of code implementation.
- Ability to read code or collaborated closely with development teams on debugging or design level discussions.
- Familiarity with postman swagger.
- Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis-BFSI-Domain .
