Job Description


Job Summary:

Our client a leading institution in the international education sector is looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic Pre-School Teacher to guide early learners through foundational academic and social-emotional development. The role focuses on delivering engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Cambridge curriculum and fostering a safe inclusive and stimulating environment for young children.


Responsibility:
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that promote cognitive emotional physical and social development.

  • Use play-based and hands-on activities to support early literacy numeracy motor skills and communication.

  • Observe and assess each child s progress documenting milestones and identifying areas needing support or enrichment.

  • Maintain a warm caring classroom environment that encourages exploration curiosity and independence.

  • Promote routines such as hygiene feeding etiquette dressing skills and positive behavior reinforcement.

  • Communicate regularly with parents about student progress behavior and developmental milestones.

  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning school events and cross-classroom activities.

  • Supervise children during meals playtime rest periods transitions and school assemblies.

  • Set up learning centers prepare teaching materials and maintain a clean organized and stimulating classroom.

  • Participate in staff meetings parent conferences and professional development opportunities.


Requirements


  • Diploma or certificate in Early Childhood Education or a related field; Cambridge curriculum experience is a strong advantage.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience teaching children aged 3 4 in a structured early learning environment.

  • Deep understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices.

  • Warm patient and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.

  • Strong classroom management and child supervision skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a parent-friendly and team-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to prepare creative interactive lessons and maintain high safety and hygiene standards.

  • Flexible dependable and committed to professional growth and continuous improvement.
