Our client a leading institution in the international education sector is looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic Pre-School Teacher to guide early learners through foundational academic and social-emotional development. The role focuses on delivering engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Cambridge curriculum and fostering a safe inclusive and stimulating environment for young children.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that promote cognitive emotional physical and social development.
Use play-based and hands-on activities to support early literacy numeracy motor skills and communication.
Observe and assess each child s progress documenting milestones and identifying areas needing support or enrichment.
Maintain a warm caring classroom environment that encourages exploration curiosity and independence.
Promote routines such as hygiene feeding etiquette dressing skills and positive behavior reinforcement.
Communicate regularly with parents about student progress behavior and developmental milestones.
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning school events and cross-classroom activities.
Supervise children during meals playtime rest periods transitions and school assemblies.
Set up learning centers prepare teaching materials and maintain a clean organized and stimulating classroom.
Participate in staff meetings parent conferences and professional development opportunities.
Diploma or certificate in Early Childhood Education or a related field; Cambridge curriculum experience is a strong advantage.
Minimum of 2 years experience teaching children aged 3 4 in a structured early learning environment.
Deep understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
Warm patient and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
Strong classroom management and child supervision skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a parent-friendly and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to prepare creative interactive lessons and maintain high safety and hygiene standards.
