Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Zoho Expertise: Develop customize and manage Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM Books Creator Desk and Projects.
Workflow Automation: Design and implement complex workflows and business logic using Deluge scripting.
App Development: Build and maintain custom Zoho Creator apps including forms dashboards and reports.
API Integration: Connect Zoho with external tools (ERP finance systems CRMs) using Zoho REST APIs and other relevant technologies.
System Configuration: Configure and optimize Zoho applications to align with business requirements.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support issue resolution and performance optimization.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers analysts and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions.
Training & Documentation: Develop user manuals training materials and detailed technical documentation.
Feature Development: Contribute to feature enhancements based on evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Zoho CRM Creator Books Desk and other Zoho suite apps.
Proven expertise in Deluge scripting and workflow customization.
Experience with Zoho REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Proficiency in web technologies: HTML CSS JavaScript.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
- Zoho Developer Certification is a plus.
