Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our IT department. In this role you will work on designing developing and maintaining software applications that enhance business operations and customer engagement. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reliable scalable and user-friendly systems that align with our companys goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop test deploy and maintain custom software solutions and internal applications
Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze requirements
Integrate third-party APIs and systems with existing platforms
Optimize existing software for speed scalability and reliability
Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing systems
Write clean maintainable and well-documented code
Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in regular team meetings
Ensure software compliance with company security and data policies
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
2 years of software development experience
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C# Java Python JavaScript or PHP
Experience with web development frameworks (e.g. .NET React Angular Laravel)
Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server MySQL etc.)
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems (e.g. Git)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Automotive industry experience or understanding of dealership management systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience working in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment
