This is a remote position.
Virtual Rockstar is looking for a creative detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Marketing Assistant to support a growing business that specializes in online courses digital downloads and resources for pediatric therapists.
This is a full-time remote position for someone who thrives in a collaborative mission-driven environment and is excited to help expand the reach and impact of pediatric therapy education.

About our client:
Our client is a North Carolina-based education company that develops tools and resources for pediatric therapists through digital learning. The team is small but mission-focused with a strong commitment to quality innovation and making a positive impact in the field of pediatric therapy.
Currently led by the founder and a Marketing & Business Development Director the team is looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to bring consistency structure and new energy to their operations.
Responsibilities
Implement and manage marketing campaigns for digital courses and resources
Conduct customer discovery and identify product development opportunities
Maintain and grow affiliate and partner relationships
Organize and manage Google Drive folders and files
Support the documentation and development of company processes and policies
Manage online course and sales platforms including WordPress ThriveCart and Thinkific
Send personalized communications to customers and affiliates
Respond to frequently asked questions via email or messaging platforms
Manage calendars including professional and personal scheduling for the founder
Assist with task prioritization and time management support

Requirements
Experience in digital marketing online course platforms or educational content
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without close supervision
Experience managing or supporting affiliate marketing programs is a plus
Comfortable working remotely and communicating regularly with a small team
Bonus Experience (Not Required)
Familiarity with pediatric therapy education or healthcare
Experience supporting online course creators or subscription product models
Previous experience documenting internal processes or creating SOPs

Previous experience in a medical administrative role (medical assistant, medical receptionist, or similar) is preferred. Familiarity with WebPT EMR and Therabill for patient payment posting is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Comfortable with remote work and proficient in using virtual communication tools. Knowledge of insurance verification and pre-authorizations is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive patient experience.
