Learner Success and Human Services Senior Associate


Location: NCR Philippines

Reports To: Senior Program Manager


The Role Context:

Wadhwani Foundation is seeking for a highly motivated and driven Senior Associate Program Manager for Learner Success and Human Services to join our team and run our programs focused on skills development of students and employees. In this role you will be responsible for managing and executing various programs aimed at enhancing the skills of students and employees. You will play a crucial role in onboarding new partners training facilitators organizing partner meetings conducting online classes coordinating with partner institutions monitor job placements and assisting the Senior Program Manager. Additionally you will actively contribute to building the brand of the foundation by organizing webinars workshops learning sessions providing marketing support and organizing training sessions with partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement program strategies to effectively run skills development programs in line with the Foundations goals;

Collaborate with the Senior Program Manager to define program objectives deliverables and timelines;

Manage relationship with various stakeholders particularly the beneficiaries

Train and manage a team of facilitators to deliver high-quality skills development sessions;

Support pitch meetings with potential partners to present program offerings and secure their participation;

Conduct collaboration sessions and facilitate virtual learning sessions to engage and educate program participants;

Coordinate with partner institutions to ensure smooth program implementation address any challenges and maintain strong working relationships;

Assist the Senior Program Manager in developing program budgets monitoring expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines;

Build the brand of the foundation by organizing webinars workshops and learning sessions on relevant topics;

Provide marketing support by creating promotional materials managing social media campaigns and engaging with stakeholders;

Organize training sessions and workshops with partner institutions to enhance the skills and knowledge of program participants.

Manage Helpdesk and ensure user s concerns are immediately resolved

Assist the Senior Program Manager in surveys and managing information and data visualization


KRAs/ KPIs:

Onboarding of new partners (D2S and D2F partnerships)

Managing strategic partnership for long-term program success

Managing multiple batches for existing WSN partners with target transformation placement retention and progression goals

Marketing support for brand visibility

Delivering various Skills Development Programs of Wadhwani Foundation

Conducting Train the Trainers (TTT) for identified WSN channels

Qualifications Skills & Experience:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (i.e. Business Administration Education Marketing)

Proven experience in program management preferably in the education or nonprofit sector

Strong understanding of skills development programs and trends in the training and education industry

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with partners facilitators and program participants

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders

Proficiency in online learning platforms video conferencing tools and other relevant software applications

Proficient in MS Office (Word Powerpoint Excel etc.)

Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail

Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative approaches to program implementation

Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in organizing promotional events is a plus

Flexibility to travel occasionally for meetings workshops and program-related activities

A team-player with the ability to work with global teams able to work under pressure with strong work ethic
