Job Description
- Education & Certification: Bachelor s in IT Computer Science or related field (Master s a plus); SAP Cisco Microsoft and/or CISSP/ISO 27001 credentials preferred.
- Experience: 8 10 years in IT leadership minimum 3 years managing SAP landscapes and enterprise infrastructure in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert in SAP Basis (S/4HANA/ECC) VMware/Hyper-V Windows Server Azure services network infrastructure (Cisco/Juniper) and cybersecurity tools (SIEM IDS/IPS).
- Strategic & Analytical: Strong problem-solving skills strategic mindset and hands-on approach to large-scale IT projects and audits.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Excellent communicator with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams drive change and foster professional growth.
- Digital Pillar: You ll be the architect of our digital future shaping e-commerce data integrity and IT resilience for a national brewery leader.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Your work will enable business units - Finance Supply Chain Marketing to harness technology for competitive advantage.

Requirements
- Digital Strategy & Transformation: Develop and execute a digital roadmap champion automation IoT AI and cloud initiatives to boost efficiency and maturity.
- ERP & Data Governance: Oversee SAP S/4HANA administration and master data management; enforce data integrity and governance standards.
- IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity: Manage on-premises and cloud environments (VMware Microsoft 365 Azure AD) and lead enterprise-wide security networks firewalls incident response and compliance with ISO 27001 and NITDA.
- E-Commerce & Applications: Launch and grow the e-commerce platform; administer SharePoint workflows and integrate custom SAP developments (WRICEF).
- Business Continuity & Audits: Design DR and BCP plans support internal and external IT audits and close identified control gaps.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with Finance Operations and Supply Chain to deliver tailored IT solutions lead change management and train users on new systems.
- Balancing rapid digital innovation with strict compliance to ISO and regulatory standards.
- Orchestrating seamless SAP upgrades and WRICEF development across multiple sites.
- Leading cybersecurity defenses and change management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
