At Krea we re looking for a Client Solutions Executive who will support client growth by managing bids developing proposals and working closely with internal teams to ensure feasibility competitive pricing and on-time delivery. You will also play a key role in nurturing long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Bid Management & Proposal Development: Manage the bid process ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation in the MR system Develop proposals by working with operations and fieldwork teams focusing on feasibility pricing benchmarks and timelines Collaborate with the sales team to build competitive bids aligned with client needs and Krea s research strengths Track bid outcomes and share insights with the Head of Business Development to refine future strategies Client & Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as an ambassador of Krea s healthcare research expertise Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and engage proactively with clients Manage client contracts with accuracy and adherence to project terms Represent Krea during client visits and industry events to increase visibility Sales & Revenue Growth: Support the sales team in meeting revenue profitability and growth targets Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to overall business development goals Share inputs on pricing strategies and secure necessary approvals for cost changes If you re enthusiastic about healthcare research sales and client engagement and looking to build your career with a purpose driven organization we d love to hear from you!
