Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout from Associate to CXO level
- Manage offer management no-shows and onboarding coordination
- Enhance Website Social Channels & Glassdoor branding
Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Be a Culture Ambassador by emulating firm firm s 3I (Innovation Integrity & Incremental Improvement) philosophy.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives including Activities Learn & Share family outings CSR
- Design and implement Quarterly HR strategy including employee satisfaction surveys performance appraisals career progressionPIPs
Payroll & Compliance
- Collaborate with finance for payroll processing reimbursements and invoice validation
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate documentation
Reporting & Metrics
Track and optimize metrics like Time to Hire Cost of Hire and Hiring Deadlines
