QA Lead Manual Testing (Finance/Banking Domain)
Location: Kerala (Initial 3 months in Kollam then shift to Ernakulam)
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Availability: Immediate Joiners (Idle candidates preferred)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced QA Lead to manage the end-to-end quality assurance process. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing team leadership and a deep understanding of QA lifecycle activities especially in finance or banking-related applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Plan & Report Preparation
- Team & Client Management
- Requirement Gathering
- Test Case Execution & Bug Tracking
Requirements
- 7 years QA experience (2 4 years in lead role)
- Strong manual testing skills
- Experience in Fintech/Banking or Money Exchange apps preferred
- Based in Kerala Immediate joiners only
Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing Must have strong team management experience and hands-on experience in money exchange applications and the banking domain. Kerala-based candidates preferred Team & Client Management Requirement Gathering Test Case Execution & Bug Tracking
