Job Description

Medical Team Manager (MSL Team Manager) job description oversee and manage the MSL team ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks workflow distribution and performance auditing. The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmaceutical product management and bring strong leadership and organizational skills to enhance team efficiency and development.


1. Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead and manage the MSL team ensuring optimal performance.
  • Assign and distribute daily tasks based on priorities and individual strengths.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure team members adhere to organizational policies and objectives.

2. Task Management & Auditing

  • Oversee and monitor task completion to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Audit work processes and correct any inefficiencies or performance gaps.
  • Ensure deadlines and productivity targets are met.

3. Workflow & Problem Solving

  • Manage daily operational challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Act as a point of escalation for any issues affecting the MSL team.
  • Streamline processes to improve workflow efficiency.

4. Training & Development

  • Provide ongoing training to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Support team members in their professional growth and development.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement improvement plans.

5. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with sales marketing and senior management to align objectives.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and the MSL team.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership


Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy.

Experience:

  • 3 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management medical coordination or a similar role.
  • Prior experience in team leadership and task auditing is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in task management and reporting tools.
