This is a remote position.
We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Tier 1 MSP Engineer.
Compensation:
COP 2.5M - 3M/month.
Location:
Remote (for residents of Colombia Mexico Peru Chile Argentina Brazil Jamaica Dominican Republic Guatemala Belize and the Philippines).

- You are proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft 365 ConnectWise PSA and Acronis backups.
- English - Native or fully fluent.

ON-SITE ROLE (LATAM & PHILIPPINES)
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot software hardware connectivity email and backup issues on Windows and Mac systems.
- Support printer drivers and connectivity issues.
Server & Office 365 Administration (Non-Admin Accounts Only):
- Reset passwords create and delete users on local servers and Office 365.
- Troubleshoot Office 365 email issues.
Line of Business Applications Support:
Install update and troubleshoot a variety of business-critical applications including:
- Common Tools: MS Office Suite Adobe QuickBooks SolidWorks AutoCAD BricsCAD SprinkCAD Sage/Timberline.
- Specialized Apps: Dexis BostonPost Practice/Accounting CS UPS Worldship Fishbowl BlueBeam WorldSpan Trams/Back Office Medinotes Cyrious Donor Perfect Crystal PM .
Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow troubleshooting documentation ranging from simple to complex.
- Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems (primarily Windows 10).
- Software maintenance and testing capability.
