Job Title:CDL-A Driver
Shift:Monday Friday 6:00 AM 4:00 PM (Hours may vary)
Pay Rate:$23$25/hour (Based on Experience)
Location:Sapulpa OK

Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependableCDL-A Driverwho is team-oriented and ready to contribute beyond the drivers seat. This is a hybrid role where approximately30 of your time will be spent drivingand70 on warehouse and forklift duties. Were looking for someone flexible safety-conscious and willing to take on various responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CDL vehicles for local or regional deliveries (approx. 30 of the time)
Assist in warehouse tasks including loading unloading staging and organizing materials
Operate a forklift to move and secure freight (certification preferred but willing to train)
Properly secure loads in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards
Follow all safety protocols and DOT compliance guidelines
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete daily tasks
Adapt to a fast-paced hands-on work environment and take direction as needed
Requirements
Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Prior forklift experience or certification preferred
Dependable punctual and committed to workplace safety
