Do you have a flair for customer service and a passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences As a Virtual Hospitality Manager youll play a key role in planning and coordinating personalized travel arrangements from luxury escapes to family vacations. You ll work directly with clients ensuring every detail is seamless delivering exceptional hospitality virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design tailored travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets

  • Coordinate accommodations transportation activities and special requests

  • Provide expert guidance on destinations travel trends and hospitality services

  • Maintain high client satisfaction through timely communication and attention to detail

  • Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving approach

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a remote setting

  • Prior experience in travel tourism or hospitality is a plus but not required
