Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with 1 hour of unpaid break

  • Client Timezone: US Time Zone (EST)

This exciting role combines customer service excellence with operational optimization where youll be the central hub ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional client experiences. Youll work with cutting-edge scheduling technology to coordinate mobile grooming teams while building meaningful relationships with pet owners who trust the company with their beloved companions. This position offers the opportunity to make a real impact on both business efficiency and customer satisfaction in the growing pet care industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the mogo scheduling app continuously throughout the day to track appointments and groomer schedules
  • Optimize groomer routes to ensure efficient travel between client locations and minimize drive time
  • Handle customer service inquiries via phone calls responding to upset clients and resolving service issues
  • Manage appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests from clients who call or message
  • Respond to client text messages in a timely manner regarding availability scheduling and general inquiries
  • Coordinate with groomers when they call out sick including rescheduling affected appointments
  • Find replacement groomers to fill in when regular staff is unavailable
  • Communicate with clients about schedule changes cancellations and alternative appointment options
  • Ensure all groomer schedules are optimized and routes are efficiently planned
  • Provide ongoing customer support and maintain positive client relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills for handling phone calls and written correspondence
  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn and navigate mobile applications and scheduling systems
  • Experience working with SaaS companies or technology platforms preferred
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills for route optimization and scheduling challenges
  • Flexibility to handle urgent situations like groomer call-outs
  • Professional phone manner for handling upset or concerned customers
  • Detail-oriented approach to schedule management and coordination

Scopes:

  • Must be available during business hours when groomers are actively working
  • Hands-on role requiring constant attention to scheduling app and client communications
  • Direct responsibility for daily operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Authority to make scheduling decisions and coordinate with grooming staff
  • Primary point of contact for client service issues and appointment management
  • Ongoing role with potential for growth as the mobile grooming business expands
