Communication: Facilitating effective communication both written and verbal in both Japanese and English using appropriate tools and techniques.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fluency in Japanese (written and verbal)
Strong Project Management Skills: Experience in managing projects preferably in the relevant industry or domain including knowledge of project management methodologies.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including senior management and build strong relationships.
Technical Knowledge: Depending on the industry or project type technical knowledge or experience may be required.
Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues manage risks and make informed decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Must be able to work effectively both individually and collaboratively.
Experience with project management tools: Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools is often expected.
