Exciting Opportunity: Director of Training and Development
Location: Dallas TX (must be based here)
CORY is hiring a Director of Training and Development who is passionate and driven about training teams and driving operational performance ready to innovate and make a real impact every day.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Design and execute a holistic learning and development strategy that supports the organizations objectives.
Responsible for developing and implementing training programs workshops and e-learning initiatives for the companys multifamily properties.
Conduct training needs assessments through surveys performance evaluations and consultations with leadership.
Evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
Stay current with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies.
Spearhead new hire orientation integrating company policies culture and available resources.
Effectively administer the learning and development budget.
Foster a culture of continuous learning to enhance retention engagement and career development.
Develop and oversee a structured mentor training program to foster leadership enhance retention and strengthen operational performance.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
A minimum of 10 years in multifamily with specific training and development experience.
Experience overseeing training and development on a national scale.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory - up to 20%.
Must have experience in multifamily property management.
