Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Azure to join our growing technology team. In this role you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining secure scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure to support our business applications and services. This is a hands on technical role in a team managing Azure M365 Intune and Wintel services.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deploy Azure-based infrastructure solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Implement and manage Azure services including Virtual Machines App Services Azure Functions AKS and Storage Accounts.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform Bicep or ARM templates.
- Automate cloud operations and deployments using CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps GitHub Actions).
- Monitor and optimize cloud performance cost and security using Azure Monitor Log Analytics and Cost Management.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards using Azure Policy Defender for Cloud and Key Vault.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps Security and Application Development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues and incidents.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Strong understanding of Azure networking identity and security components.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell Bash Python).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes AKS).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Azure certifications such as AZ-104 AZ-305 or AZ-400 are highly desirable.
