We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our team in Tampa FL. This is a hands-on program designed to prepare future leaders through structured training mentorship and real-world business exposure. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset strong interpersonal skills and a desire to grow within a company that values leadership and continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
Participate in leadership training programs and workshops
Assist department heads with project execution and team coordination
Learn and apply business strategies across operations sales and customer engagement
Analyze performance metrics and contribute to process improvements
Shadow senior leaders to gain insight into business decision-making
Present findings and recommendations to management regularly
Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to team goals
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field (or currently completing)
Strong communication critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated leadership potential through academic work or volunteer experience
Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
