We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will support senior account executives in managing client relationships preparing proposals and executing account strategies. You will act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams helping ensure the successful delivery of services.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts and maintaining strong long-term relationships
Support the preparation of sales presentations reports and proposals
Monitor account performance and assist with client communications
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution
Conduct market research and identify client needs and trends
Respond to client inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently
Assist in tracking project timelines deliverables and KPIs
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
12 years of experience in client services account management or related roles (internships included)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Detail-oriented proactive and a team player
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
