Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations at our Miami FL office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance to ensure efficient office functionality and support our leadership and project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain schedules appointments and travel arrangements

  • Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents

  • File and retrieve organizational documents records and reports

  • Answer and direct phone calls and handle email communications

  • Coordinate meetings and record minutes when needed

  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory

  • Support team members with general administrative tasks

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and meeting materials


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Professional attitude and strong organizational abilities
