In this role you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring seamless communication timely project execution and exceptional client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Manage day-to-day communications and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal departments to meet project deadlines and deliverables
Monitor client needs and proactively offer solutions to support their business goals
Prepare reports track progress and present campaign updates to clients
Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction
Contribute to client strategy planning and growth initiatives
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
13 years of experience in account management client services or sales support
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively
Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
