Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team in Raleigh NC. As an SDR you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying contacting and qualifying potential clients. This role is crucial to our sales pipeline and offers a path for growth into more advanced sales positions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach via phone calls emails and other professional channels to identify potential clients

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team

  • Understand client needs and communicate the value of Signal Tru Brands services

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies

  • Meet and exceed monthly performance goals


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

  • Organized proactive and self-motivated

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce)
