Job Description
Growth Marketing Specialist Manila (Onsite)
Were looking for a sharp resourceful marketer to lead and execute growth initiatives across our APAC markets. This is a high-impact role where youll work across content campaigns outreach and strategy - driving visibility engagement and pipeline.
Youll be part of a fast-moving team where priorities shift and new ideas are tested quickly. Youll need to think critically adapt fast and take initiative especially when things arent fully defined.
You are someone who:
Has strong marketing fundamentals and digital execution skills
Understands how to engage different segments in B2B and SaaS environments
Writes clearly thinks strategically and makes data-backed decisions
Thrives in fast-changing environments and stays calm in ambiguity
Can pivot quickly adjust plans and still drive things forward
Is actively learning and applying AI tools to improve marketing outcomes
What youll be doing:
Owning campaign planning execution and performance tracking
Creating and refining email content and outreach strategies
Developing messaging that resonates with specific regional audiences
Identifying the right tools and channels to drive growth
Working with Sales and Product to ensure marketing is aligned and effective
This is a full-time onsite role based in our Manila office (BGC Taguig).
Youll work closely with cross-functional teams and operate on APAC hours.

Additional Information :
Work setup: FULL ONSITE Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
Schedule: 8am to 5pm
Location: One World Place 32nd Street BGC Taguig City
