Qualifications :
Your role as Marketing Manager
Please note this is an office based role and you will be expected to be in our Belhaven office 2/3 times per week.
Support the Belhaven Marketing Lead to develop the Belhaven beers forward strategy
- Lead the Belhaven Marketing team management of 1 x Marketing Exec and Belhaven Visitor Experience Hosts (x4 at the time of writing)
- Manage the Belhaven marketing budget
- To develop deliver and evaluate marketing plans for all Belhaven beers including NPD key events (through marketing Exec) trials tactical promotion activities and all communication plans from the annual brand plan.
- To evaluate and analyse major projects / promotions. Deliver key learnings and recommendations by using internal and external performance data analysis and category context
- Brief and engage relevant brand comms design and research agencies for the Belhaven range.
- To ensure that all key stakeholders and relevant departments are engaged and energised around the activity plan (especially Sales teams Telesales and Production) and co-ordinate briefs to support functions
- Develop the Belhaven beer range. Create its strategy priorities and plans for growth in line with our Brewery & Brand strategies and deliver profitable growth. Identify opportunities and range gaps and bring key portfolio innovations to market.
- To be responsible for ensuring our marketing activities and investments are visible and communicated to the trade including managing Trade press relationships
- Through the Marketing Exec create sales tools and selling materials which are world class for brands under your control
- Develop and deliver highly-rated visitor experience at Belhaven optimising the BVE P&L
