Job Description
Were seeking a skilled IT Technical Support Engineer who is fluent in French and has strong hands-on experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems. Youll play a key role in diagnosing troubleshooting and resolving user issues in a fast-paced bilingual IT environment.
We are also open to considering an experienced Java Software Developer with a strong interest in IT infrastructure. If youre passionate about bridging the gap between software development and infrastructure engineering this is a unique opportunity to apply your coding expertise to building and maintaining robust scalable systems.
Key Qualifications:
- Fluency in French and English
- Solid experience with Windows and Linux OS
- Proficiency in CRM tools and support ticketing systems
- Ability to document technical issues and resolutions clearly
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Background in Java software development
- Interest or experience in cloud infrastructure DevOps or system integration
