Job Description
- Lead coach and support the inside sales team to hit sales and quoting goals
- Oversee CRM and ERP usagekeep things organized accurate and efficient
- Dig into sales data track performance and share insights with leadership
- Keep the website and marketing materials up to date and engaging
- Build strong relationships with customers and support the outside sales team
- Collaborate with other departments to keep things running smoothly
- 5 years in sales or marketing leadership
- Manufacturing experience is a MUST! Metal fabrication experience is a huge plus!
- Experience selling B2B
- Comfortable using CRM/ERP tools (NetSuite Salesforce etc.)
- Strong with data reporting and strategy
- Familiar with websites SEO and marketing tools (WordPress Canva etc.)
- Great communicator and team leader
- $90100K bonus
