Job Description
The Instructional Coach will work as a colleague withclassroom teachers to support student Instructional Coach will focus on individual and group professionaldevelopment that will expand and refine the understanding about researched-baseeffective instruction. In order to meetthis purpose the Instructional Coach will be a member of the BuildingLeadership Team (BLT) participate in Teacher Based Team (TBT) meetings andprovide personalized support that is based on the goals of individualteachers. The Instructional Coach willcommunicate and demonstrate researched-based instructional practices thatresult in increased student performance provide support in analyzing studentdata provide support for classroom motivation and management strategies and monitorintervention programs by observing and meeting with teachers.
