The University Supervisor works with undergraduate and graduate-level students. The position provides culturally competent mentoring and coaching to the Student Teacher with a full range of support including coaching meetings observations evaluations and goal setting. The position works to monitor growth and development of the Student Teacher throughout a semester placement based on the Professional Teaching Standards. The University Supervisor supports the Student Teacher in developing culturally responsive pedagogy deep student engagement using inquiry and leadership in the classroom mastery of content and standards and building strong student relationships.
Fall semester runs from September through December and Spring semester runs from January through May.

Compensation & Benefits
$708 - $750 per student in full semester placement.
Pro-rated for 4-week and 2-week endorsements
Not eligible for healthcare benefits
Please note that due to employment law and payroll regulations employees must reside in and work from Minnesota or Wisconsin.
