- You will develop new summer tire lines for Private and Second Line Brands segment according to customer requirements.
- Product development is organized in projects with you as Project Manager working within our department.
- Youll get requirements from main customer (marketing) and steer development project until product is launched in the market.
- You will implement newly developed products into serial production.
- Youll monitor performance of existing products and care about quality timing and costs.
- Youll coordinate between several functions and locations within Continental worldwide.
- You will design test concepts and test your prototype tires work with Big Data.
- Presentation of new products to specific customers.
Qualifications :
- University degree technical field (e.g. scientific mechanical engineering)
- Project management or leadership experience is appreciated
- English language proficiency necessary (Reading writing and speaking)
- Analytical skills innovative thinking flexibility ability to challenge status quo
- Strong communication and sociable networking skills

Initial salary (depends on experience and skills of the candidate):
Freshly graduate: TT8: 1 980 variable part
Experienced candidate: TT9: 2 200 variable part
Salary increase within the knowledge and experience gained up to 3 000 gross/monthly and more.
