Service Advisor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
Location: Torrance CA
Salary: $6000 $12000/month (Based on Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time In-Person

Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the repair process
Manage repair order paperwork and ensure accurate documentation
Field incoming service-related phone calls
Problem-solve independently and collaboratively
Communicate clearly with customers technicians and team members
What Were Looking For:
12 years of automotive service writing experience (CDJR experience strongly preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Clean driving record and valid drivers license
Tekion (DMS) experience a plus
Schedule:
Monday Friday
Weekends as needed
8-hour daytime shifts
Must reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Torrance CA 90503.
