- Support cross-functional teams in planning and executing new product introductions.
- Assist in product validation testing and documentation.
- Collaborate with R&D manufacturing and quality teams to ensure product readiness.
- Analyze technical data and contribute to risk assessments and process improvements.
- Help coordinate pilot runs production trials and launch readiness reviews.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial or related Engineering field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with product development processes and engineering documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bonus: Experience with CAD tools project management software or Lean Manufacturing principles.
