Were seeking an experienced and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify and serve leads to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales specifically within the IT recruiting sector. As an SDR you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by selling resumes to cold prospects via email and cold calling. Your ability to thrive in a high-volume sales environment and consistently meet or exceed targets will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target through research and outreach via LinkedIn and job boards.
- Execute cold call and email campaigns within CRM such as HubSpot.
- Present and sell candidate resumes to decision-makers demonstrating the value and fit for their open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to qualify resume profiles for sales campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our HubSpot CRM system.
Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of sales experience within an IT recruiting agency or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to sell resumes to cold prospects.
- Strong LinkedIn and job board prospecting skills to identify ideal targets.
- High-volume sales experience with a track record of making 100 cold calls per day.
- English proficiency is a MUST (A minimum of C1 Level English).
- Experience with Hubspot CRM and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must have reliable fast internet access.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excited to work in an environment similar to a startup - you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid high-growth environment.
