Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of a Test Automation Leader in Netcompany
As a Test Automation Leader you will:
- Work on analyzing and managing the testing lifecycle of large-scale software applications of EU institutions / Products / Public Sector. You will be exposed to a wide variety of services and technologies in a multinational environment.
- Create and maintain comprehensive automated test suites
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipelines using e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI ensuring tests are run consistently with each build and deployment.
- Participate in PoC for evaluation of various tools frameworks methodologies
- Participate in the building of a CI pipeline
- Automate tests for any of the following test types (functional performance usability compatibility cross-browser component)
- Analysis of test results for troubleshooting qualitative and quantitative analysis
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University degree in Information Technology or another relevant field and 7 years of experience in Test Automation including leadership roles
- Proven experience in Software Testing and Test Automation with expertise in designing and implementing Test Automation Strategies for Component Functional Regression and Performance tests
- Proficiency in Java .NET Typescript SQL HTML XML JSON Shell & Bat scripting
- Expertise in various tools/frameworks such as Selenium Appium Playwright Cypress WebdriverIO TestNG JUnit NUnit Spring Spring Boot Cucumber SpecFlow Rest Assured API SoapUI Postman JMeter LoadUI K6 BPMN Kafka JMS
- Experience with Test Management (Xray Zephyr Azure Test etc.) and Defect Management Tools (Jira etc.) and in automated integrations with those tools
- Proficiency with CI Tools (Jenkins Bamboo etc.) and pipeline scripting
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes is considered a plus
- Strong background in creating Test Cases Test Scripts Test Reports and participation in Test Cycles
- Proven ability to train guide coach and share knowledge with less experienced team members
- Deep understanding of Agile Software Development methodologies
