Job Description
So what are the main duties of an Intern in the HR Operations team of our Human Resources department
As an HR Operations intern you will be:
- Providing support with hiring processes once being trained to the companys HR system
- Assisting with communications regarding employee absence documentation and recording them in the HR system
- Maintaining the companys physical personnel records
- Providing administrative support to the Payroll team.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Eligibility to attend an internship program through your university or academic institution
- An interest in HR Operations activities
- Familiarity with MS Excel
- Solid knowledge of the English language (written and oral)
- Fast learner and team player
- Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated and methodical with attention to detail.
