Job Description

An opportunity to join the European property team at one of the UK & Europes largest retail occupiers and one of the largest Sporting Goods retailers in the world at an exciting time of in its ambitious growth face across the UK Europe and Rest of World. The business has an extensive strategy to substantially optimise & grow its estate over the coming years and this role offers the opportunity to play an important role within the team delivering this expansion and growth.

  • Assisting the EU Property Management team with day-to-day operations
  • Managing all aspects of property management liaising with landlords tenants 3rd parties and other stakeholders across various countries
  • Interpreting leases and establishing lease obligations and responsibilities with the assistance of the property managers 
  • Answering and making phone calls to manage queries from various teams
  • Providing a high-quality customer service supporting Property Managers by producing and distributing various forms spreadsheets and letters
  • Assisting with scheduling site visits and coordinating with landlords
  • Organising document execution in various European jurisdictions that are required for store openings and closures
  • Managing the filing system for leases and other related documents
  • Processing and distribution of all mail received
  • Maintaining and updating property databases to ensure all data is up to date
  • Checking and updating financial information for company reports
  • Producing presentations on lease events for the property managers within dedicated timescales
  • Managing documents signing processes to strict deadlines
  • Driving continuous improvement of the admin property processes to drive efficiencies simplicity and accuracy 
  • Chasing payments of contributions with landlords

Qualifications :

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Experience in a similar administrative role is essential within property is desirable
  • Highly organised and able to manage a busy workload
  • Confident working with databases and able to handle complex data
  • IT Literate able to confidently use MS Office Suite
  • Ability to confidently build working relationships with various stakeholders
