About the Role
Are you passionate about driving real change on the ground Were seeking an Operational Excellence Analyst with a strong foundation in operations process improvement and data-driven decision making to help us lift performance across our business.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how things really work - because theyve been there - and who brings the tools and mindset to make things better.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with operations teams to map current processes identify inefficiencies and develop improvement initiatives
- Lead root cause analysis data analysis and problem-solving workshops (e.g. Lean/Six Sigma)
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to translate insights into practical impactful solutions
- Develop and maintain business requirements process documentation and dashboards
- Support change and readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of solutions
Skills And Experiences
About You
- Proven experience working within or alongside frontline operational teams (e.g. logistics manufacturing supply chain)
- Strong capability in process analysis and continuous improvement with working knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma (certification preferred)
- Degree in Business Operations Management or a related discipline
- Ability to translate complex data and insights into clear actionable outcomes
- Confident communicator who can engage at all levels - from floor to boardroom
- Experience with data tools (e.g. Excel PowerBI or similar) and process mapping tools (e.g. Visio Lucidchart)
