The North America (US CA MX) Fire TV Accessories Product Manager will own and drive sales product marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that deliver category growth and profitability. You will be the business owner for multiple Fire TV accessories and warranties; work with a WW cross-functional team including product development 3P seller management demand planning in-stock offline retail finance and merchandising to develop and execute a multi-year plan to grow the Fire TV accessories and companion device business. In this role you will have an opportunity to work on a global scale through a broad array of opportunities and challenges - help customers discover our latest accessories drive the launch of new programs develop channel-specific sales strategies test/implement new demand generation levers drive accessories sales build new sales and marketing playbooks all of which will help deliver accessories sales and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Additionally this role will be responsible for program managing a number of process improvement projects for the Fire TV Sales and Marketing team. As the program manager you will be the point of contact for tech teams that are working to automate and scale a number of fundamental processes for the business (i.e. promotions & pricing bundles & upsell etc.). You will have the opportunity to work with a number of cross-category teams to redesign and create new workflows as well as contribute to PRFAQs and Business Review Documents (BRDs) to help improve efficiency across the Amazon Devices organization. You will also have the opportunity to lead global planning and strategy for Fire TVs marquee sales events (i.e. Prime Day/Black Friday/Cyber Monday). This is a high visibility role that will work on a broad array of business problems and have frequent opportunities to interact with and present to leadership.
This role is part of the Fire TV category management team. This team is responsible for establishing and driving the global annual unit sales goals strategies and execution plans for 1P SMP and Smart TVs companion devices and accessories. For 1P devices (SMP and Smart TV) as both the hardware manufacturer and Amazon retailer the team directly manages and optimize all activities and inputs into to demand generation within each sales channels (i.e. Offline Online Sales B2B Broadcast) pricing/promotional offers (e.g. bundles BXGY offers) and programs (upgrade initiatives competitive trade-in programs).
Key job responsibilities
- Accountable for driving Fire TV accessories and warranty device sales marketing and GTM spanning end-to-end product life cycle: from product launches to post-launch demand generation
- Develop subject matter expertise on pricing promotions and internal tools for Fire TV delivering insights to tech teams on automation and process improvements
- Lead project management/program management for peak sales events across the entire Fire TV portfolio
- Lead Go to market activities; working with Devices Product launch product management and Ops organizations to bring new accessories to the market
- Drive demand generation: includes running and developing new initiatives and programs for selling Fire TV and accessories on Amazon and in offline partners
- Define and deliver a best-in-class marketing program write business requirements and partner with the merchandising organization on implementation
- Conduct business and financial analysis be fluent in speaking to and analyzing P&L drivers including forecasting monitoring and reporting
- Develop standardize and maintain business critical metrics (input and output) analysis reporting to support business and financial planning
- Develop and implement new programs tools and process improvements across the Fire TV business to improve transparency drive scale and optimize efficiencies. Projects include global promotion calendars and playbooks.

- 5 years of product management experience
- Experience in product program or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience in demand generation sales / business planning owning the P&L of a product / business
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
