Do you have a passion for people strategy and unlocking potential on a global scale Were seeking a Strategic Talent Development Specialist to help shape the future of leadership and growth within the Churchs worldwide workforce. This isnt just another jobits an opportunity to make a lasting impact through inspired people development.

As a trusted strategic partner youll collaborate with leaders across the globe to design and deliver programs that strengthen individuals teams and the Churchs mission. Youll bring your deep expertise creative solutions and people-first mindset to everything from leadership development to succession planning.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence at the Church Office Building in Salt Lake City at least three days per week.



Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Infuse People Management Principles into global processes to align with the Churchs vision.
  • Lead the charge in evolving performance management strategies tools and practices.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs for managers senior leaders and executives.
  • Conduct targeted needs analyses to shape development and training efforts (soft skills coaching more).
  • Drive effective succession planning that ensures continuity and growth.
  • Shape executive development strategies and coaching frameworks.
  • Plan and facilitate global leadership events and establish talent council guidelines.
  • Act as a consultant to HR and business leaders on complex org challenges and transformation efforts.
  • Understand and respond to local needs while aligning with global performance strategies.


Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in HR Business Organizational Psychology or related field.
  • 7 years in HR talent development or organizational effectiveness roles.
  • A strong record of building impactful programs and influencing at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Top-tier communication and consulting abilities.
  • Experience in change management coaching and leadership enablement.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment (office and remote).
