A Day in the Life:
- This position performs the correct breakdown of clinical returns following randomizations standard operating procedures and group leader instructions to ensure compliance with customer specifications and cGMPs.
- Reconciliation of return drug supplies as stipulated in protocol specific Accountability Instructions
- Able to work overtime and weekends when needed to meet business needs and demands.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Required: No previous work experience required
- Preferred: Experience in distribution warehouse or supply chain or related field
- Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- Ability to understand and follow written instructions and the ability to learn new tasks with the assistance from the Supervisor and/or the Returns Support Associate.
- High attention to detail
- Be able to operate a pallet jack.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Allergies to specific pharmaceuticals like penicillin and cephalosporin may disqualify individuals from performing these duties.
- Standing bending pushing pulling reaching and handling bulky containers/packages. Ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds and occasionally 70 pounds.
