The Opportunity

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Property Management Coordinator to join our team in Walled Lake MI.

The Property Management Coordinator will also be responsible for:

  • Handle move and stage materials parts and machinery using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; includes loading and unloading for inventory or shipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records documenting part numbers serial numbers quantities locations and other essential data
  • Perform inventory transactions in the ERP system including updates for location changes plant transfers and quantity adjustments
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Shipping & Receiving Inventory Control Facilities Engineering and others) to manage inventory and prepare items for shipment
  • Conduct physical inventories of company customer government-owned property at both Michigan plant locations
  • Support internal customer and government audits with accurate data and documentation
  • Organize and maintain assigned inventory areas ensuring compliance with company procedures
  • Coordinate scrap pickups with Facilities team and/or directly with scrap vendor and asset disposals with resale partners

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education a plus
  • 12 years of experience in inventory management property control or materials handling
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Outlook Word etc.)
  • Familiarity with Python automation tools or data analytics is a plus
  • Experienced in operating forklifts (both stand-up and sit-down) and pallet jacks
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 60 pounds
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and compliance
  • U. S. Citizenship is required
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
