Clinical Director RN
We Are Seeking A Clinical Director (RN) Committed To Providing Compassionate High-Quality Care That Honors The Physical Emotional And Spiritual Needs Of Patients And Families During The End-Of-Life Journey.

Responsibilities:
- Average Case Load Of About 8 Patients
- Monday Friday And On-Call
- Lead And Supervise The Clinical Team To Ensure High-Quality Compassionate Care
- Oversee Patient Care Delivery Clinical Documentation And Regulatory Compliance
- Conduct And Participate In IDT Meetings To Coordinate Care Plans
- Serve As A Clinical Resource For Staff Patients And Families
- Train Mentor And Evaluate Nursing And Support Staff
- Ensure Accurate Timely Documentation And Adherence To Medicare And State Guidelines
- Collaborate With Physicians And Healthcare Partners To Ensure Continuity Of Care
- Support Quality Improvement Initiatives And Assist With Audits And Surveys
- Manage Clinical Schedules And Ensure Adequate Staffing Coverage
- Address Concerns From Patients Families Or Staff With Professionalism
Requirements:
- Active RN License In The State Of Oklahoma
- 2 Years Of Clinical Experience (Hospice Or Home Health Preferred)
- Prior Leadership Or Supervisory Experience
- Strong Knowledge Of Medicare Regulations And Clinical Best Practices
- Excellent Communication Assessment And Organizational Skills
- Proficient In EMR Systems And Documentation Standards
- Current CPR Certification
