The Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) is excited to offer a competitive opportunity to serve as the PACE Supervisor in the Integrated Care Division.
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
This position is responsible for developing and managing PACE a complex long-term care program focusing on the aging population that require long term services and supports to remain in their home and communities or transition to an institutional setting and medical services including and not limited to care coordination and quality management reviews that support services and oversight. Assists in the development of regulations policies and procedures and training for providers members and other stakeholders. Provides supervision of the PACE program staff. Functions as the point of contact with CMS related to PACE assuring positive relations and a collaborative relationship.

Minimum Qualifications
Competitive candidates will meet these minimum qualifications:
Considerable knowledge and/or experience in the operations and/or oversight of the Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
Knowledge/Experience of technical aspects of working with Federal agencies to ensure all rules and regulations are adhered to and followed.
Knowledge/Experience of procedures/processes in project management to ensure the successful implementation of program requirements and the development of regulations and policies in a health care setting
Considerable knowledge and experience in program development/planning/implementation of complex care programs focusing on the health and social needs of adults with a focus on aging issues and those with special health care needs.
Considerable knowledge and experience in working with office software.
Knowledge/Experience interpretation and application of federal state laws/regulations in health care and social services regulations.
Experience in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities.
Experience in working closely with both internal/external stakeholders communicating in a consistently professional manner.
