Job Description
At Inetum we create space for innovation and growth. We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. Your Mission
- Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with business goals and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into robust Salesforce solutions.
- Define system architecture data models and integration strategies.
- Guide development teams in implementing scalable and maintainable Salesforce configurations.
- Ensure platform performance security and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead solution reviews provide technical mentorship and ensure architectural consistency across projects.
- Stay current with Salesforce innovations and recommend enhancements to improve business outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Business or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar senior technical role.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud etc.) and platform capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations APIs and third-party systems.
- Strong communication skills in English and good level of French.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Application Architect System Architect) are highly valued.

Job Location and Residency Requirements:
- This position is based in Portugal.
- Applicants must meet residency or eligibility criteria to work within the country (example: a residence permit or work visa).
- Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
