Job Description
- To act as the key day to day client interface ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
- Coordinating design development manage the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings written communications and/or digital tools to fulfil project requirements.
- Effectively communicate the project requirements to design consultants gather stakeholder requirements manage design changes and meet critical deadlines.
- Monitoring the Architectural/Engineering consultant team on overall design delivery.
- Manage the change control process
- Facilitate production of formal project progress and other reports
- Leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Project Management or related fields
- 10 years of design management experience ideally in data center advanced manufacturing or semiconductor
- A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle from dealing with strategic issues at conception stage design development construction testing and commissioning through completion and post-project review.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts tools and techniques & construction industry technical matters
- Able to communicate & articulate well
