Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing Product team. The Product Manager will play a key role as we redesign existing products to ensure they are still the best on the market.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the Product Owner translating customer needs into epics user stories and bugs and ensuring developments meet stakeholder requirements.
- Build and maintain the product backlog ensuring items are prioritised correctly
- Help define the product vision and roadmap ensuring it aligns with the companys strategic goals and market demands.
- Monitor industry trends competitor activities and customer feedback to continuously refine and adjust the product strategy.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers to contribute to our culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including design development and QA to ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Run Focus Groups with our userbase to ensure we understand our users requirements and pain points and develop solutions that address these requirements.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience (ideally 3 years) in product management
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Good communicator
